nustar Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the nustar platform and all services offered through nustar.club. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nustar ("nustar," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nustar.club. These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, and features offered through the nustar platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any nustar-branded application.
By creating a nustar account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the nustar platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms are effective from the date of your first registration or use of the nustar platform, whichever is earlier.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use the nustar platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
- You are accessing the nustar platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of nustar, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously been excluded from the nustar platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR oversight.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
- You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by nustar or PAGCOR.
nustar reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) nustar account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nustar employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nustar reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. nustar is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustar login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify nustar immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. nustar will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)
nustar is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit any documents requested by nustar for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
All deposits to your nustar account are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). nustar accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. nustar does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your nustar account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. nustar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. nustar processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
nustar reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the nustar platform are conducted in Philippine Peso. nustar does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
nustar offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all nustar bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. nustar reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
- nustar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the nustar platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
nustar uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, nustar will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, nustar cannot guarantee the continuation of any game session interrupted by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
nustar reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustar platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the nustar platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the nustar platform.
- Allowing a third party to access or use your nustar account.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward nustar staff or other players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with nustar's software or systems.
8. Responsible Gaming
nustar is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. nustar provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of the duration of their gaming sessions.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gaming is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the nustar platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the nustar platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of nustar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nustar platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any nustar content without the prior written consent of nustar. Any unauthorized use of nustar's intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nustar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the nustar platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
nustar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the nustar platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nustar account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nustar does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The nustar platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
11. Account Termination
11.1 Termination by nustar
nustar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if nustar reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, nustar may forfeit any remaining balance in your account.
11.2 Termination by Player
You may close your nustar account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, nustar will process any remaining eligible balance to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the nustar platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12 — shall continue in full force and effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nustar platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
nustar operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.
13. Amendments
nustar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nustar will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the nustar platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the nustar platform and may request account closure.
